Welcome to my journey, I invite you to come join me, to see what it feels like to reconnect, to rediscover who you are and where you come from. To call forth the magic that is inside you by seeing it in the portals of my images.

I have always had a connection to nature. As a kid I would bask like a snake on a sunny rock and listen, call to the loons as they flew overhead, climb a tree and watch the world below like the winged ones. Then my dad gave me his 35mm camera and with it I discovered I could bring back the images from my travels  and with those images, reconnect to the magic of the space I had walked on and experienced. Everything from small wonders of a fungus on a downed tree to the breath-taking vistas of great Rocky Mountains and southern Utah’s redrock world. Each image with a story of how it came to be for me. I also found that along the way, I was able to capture and discover images within the images- things that were much more than they seemed. The peeling bark that had captured my eye turned into the head of a bird emerging from the tree, rocks in an icy stream looking like eggs in a frying pan, moss growing on a rock turned into dolphin’s blowing bubbles, a rock emerging from the sands is the head of a great turtle…

So I invite you to come see the images I have captured from my earthwalk. I am guided to look at things in a way that unfolds and reveals magic, wonder and endless possibilities. When I upload my images I find things I was not aware of when I took the photo and that shift in perspective opens up a new way to see not only the image but my life around me. Along my life journey I have learned that do things differently- see and think differently and when I accept and embrace it, my heart sings and my life flows . Through the lens of my camera guided by my heart-connection to nature, my images are a tangible manifestation that reveals how I see things differently and the peace, magic and freedom that comes from that.

I hope that along the way as you explore, that you too find a place that makes your heart and soul sing, that rekindles the magic that is within you, or that shifts your inner vision to see your world a different way.
